Naval Sethi, with his vision and faith, opened the first authentic Indian
cuisine known as Bombay Palace in North Carolina, Triangle area.
Bombay Palace was a part of an internationally acclaimed chain of restaurants in New York, Chicago and London.
Later in 1992,
Mr. Sethi, Introduced a Bombay Grille. In this authentic Indian cuisine he use a combination of fragrantly mixed spices from India. Bombay Grille specializes in
Northern Indian Cuisine and centuries old style of Tandoori (clay oven)
cooking. Meat, fowl and seafood are cooked over very high heat in the oven and served sizzling. In addition to this, his Curry Kitchen provides magnificent dishes, including
a wide array of vegetarian dishes.
